Pregnant and Parenting Women (PPW) with SUD

Second Monday of each month from 12-1pm from January 10 – December 12

The WVCTSI Project ECHO Program, Marshall University, and West Virginia University’s Department of Behavioral Medicine are partnering to launch a 12 session ECHO series for primary care organizations in the area of Pregnant and Parenting Women (PPW) with Substance Use Disorder (SUD).

Using the ECHO “hub and spoke” model, each session will include a brief expert presentation on a topic related to PPW with SUD, followed by a de-identified case presentation for discussion. Participants from primary care settings across WV are invited to participate and present cases for the interdisciplinary discussion. Also, 1-hour of Continuing Medical Education (CME) will be available for each session for all who participate.

These sessions will take place via Zoom on the 2nd Monday of each month from 12-1pm starting on January 10, 2022. The curriculum for the series is attached and to register, please follow this link: WVCTSI Project ECHO PPW with SUD.
