Mentorship Development Program
The WVCTSI Mentorship Development Program (MDP) offers workshops to develop and enhance mentoring relationships for faculty who are currently conducting clinical and translational research. The MDP program will also provide workshops geared toward mentees who are looking to enhance their skills to become a more effective mentee.
Participation in Level 1 trainings is strongly encouraged prior to participating in Level 2 trainings. Upon completion of Level 1 and Level 2 Mentee or Mentor Development Sessions, a certificate in “Mentorship Development Program as a Mentee“ will be provided.
