WVCTSI has announced the formation of the 2018 WVCTSI K Writing Groups. These groups are designed for early career faculty and postdocs conducting clinical and/or translational research who are interested in applying for an NIH Mentored Career Development Award (“K” Award) for the June or October 2018 submission deadlines. WVCTSI will host a series of information sessions to provide information on how your participation in a facilitated writing group program can assist you in developing a competitive K Award application including information on the types of K Awards, the writing group process, required time commitments, eligibility and instructions on how to apply for the WVCTSI K Writing Group.
