WVCTSI is excited to announce it will be participating in WVU’s Day of Giving on Wednesday, March 26 to support our mobile clinical trials unit MAVERICK. Contributions to MAVERICK will create opportunities to visit more communities and enroll more participants in potentially lifesaving clinical trials all across West Virginia. Whether you are able to support MAVERICK through a monetary contribution, or by sharing information with your friends, family, and colleagues, we appreciate your support. As part of WVU’s Day of Giving, WVCTSI will be participating in a variety of challenges that offer the chance to potentially earn additional funding. Facebook Sharing Video Challenge
Donating isn’t the only way to help. WVCTSI and MAVERICK are participating in the WVU Day of Giving Facebook Sharing Challenge. Follow WVCTSI on Facebook and share this video on your personal Facebook page any time between now and 11:59 pm on March 25 to give MAVERICK a chance to win a prize.
Anytime donations
Planning to contribute to WVCTSI and MAVERICK during next week's WVU Day of Giving? After donating, tell others about your gift on social media using #WVUDayofGiving and #IGave. WVU will choose some of the most creative or inspiring posts to receive additional funding for the units tagged. To be eligible, users must make sure their privacy settings for the post are set to public.
Most Gifts Social Media Challenge: 7 – 8 am or 9 – 10 pm
WVCTSI is participating in two Most Gifts challenges. Gifts made during either of the time periods listed above will give us the chance to win additional funding.
First Time Donors Social Media Challenge: 12 - 1 pm
First time making a gift to WVU? Consider donating to MAVERICK between 12 and 1 p.m. to help us secure additional funding as part of the First-Time Donors challenge.
Most Friends Gifts Social Media Challenge: 7 - 8 pm
Not a WVU alumni, student, or staff member? Please donate to MAVERICK during the Most Friends Gifts challenge from 7 to 8 pm. This challenge is also perfect for anyone from our statewide network of partner institutions.
