Disclosure agreements (Confidential Disclosure Agreements/Non-Disclosure Agreements) related to clinical research are also reviewed by this team.

When the initial form is submitted, and it is indicated to be clinical research, the form will be routed appropriately. Those not related to clinical research will be routed to Corporate Relations.

To submit a CDA/NDA, please please do so in the WVU Research Administration Portal (WRAP)

Based on your selection on the form, the results will be routed to the appropriate party.  If you select that the agreement is related to clinical research, the Clinical Study and Data Management Office will be notified and begin work negotiating and executing your agreement.  If you do not select that the agreement is related to clinical research, the form will route to Corporate Relations.

Subawards and Amendments: Subawards and amendments should be submitted to  ClinicalStudyAgreements@hsc.wvu.edu -- this includes all amendments and subawards for clinical studies including involving Research Corporation and University Health Associates.
