Meet the Team

Paul Fetty, Director

Paul Fetty has over 15 years of experience in sponsored programs and financial administration. He is a skilled negotiator and has led research administration efforts at West Virginia University and Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh. Paul earned his MBA from West Virginia University and joined the WVCTSI in January 2024 as director of research administration.

Jillian Corbett, Senior Clinical Contract Specialist

Jillian joined the team after 2 years working as a negotiator on clinical trial agreements, research agreements, subawards and more for WVU's Office of Sponsored Programs. Prior to joining WVU, Jillian spent over 5 years as a litigator for both plaintiffs and defendants in Pittsburgh, PA.

Caitlin Regner, Concierge

Caitlin Regner is your new Clinical Trial Concierge, here to help and support members of University with their clinical research needs.  Caitlin finished her MBA and MSIR from WVU before taking a role assisting with the launch of WVU's Shared Services Center.  Caitlin is happy to help, and if she does not know an answer, she will investigate the problem until she can get  the answer.
