External Advisory Committee

WVCTSI's External Advisory Committee (EAC) consists of national leaders in clinical and translational research and provides guidance and review of the overall success of the WVCTSI in meeting its goals and objectives -- including effective participation in the national CTSA Consortium. The EAC is chaired by Dr. Arthur H. Rubenstein, and meets annually to provide oversight and give guidance to increase the effectiveness and influence that the WVCTSI has on the clinical and translational research landscape. One of the committee’s responsibilities is to give final review of all pilot awards made by the WVCTSI Pilot Grants Program.  The EAC is an integral part of the WVCTSI’s success.
