Meeting Venue & Hotel

WVCTSI's 2024 Annual Meeting will be held at Stonewall Resort in Roanoke, West Virginia.

To reserve overnight lodging, follow this online reservation link or call Stonewall Resort at 304-269-7400. Be sure to mention the "WVCTSI Annual Meeting," to ensure that your reservation is a part of the event room block.  

Overnight room rates for Monday and  Tuesday night is $149 plus applicable taxes/fees.

Hotel reservation deadline is September X. Special event rate and room availability can only be guaranteed until  September X.

WVCTSI will cover lodging costs for staff, core leaders and presenters. If you are affiliated with a non-WVU WVCTSI partner institution, please make your reservation independently and use your institution's WVCTSI travel funds.  Full guidance is available here: Travel expense guidelines.
