Clinical Research Resources and Facilities Services
The Clinical Research Resources and Facilities core (CRRF) provides resources to assist with developing, implementing, and supporting clinical trials. West Virginia University and the WVU Cancer Institute are recognized nationally as clinical trials sites. WVCTSI works extensively with in-house research support personnel to ensure clinicians and other researchers have the tools they need to successfully plan for and conduct clinical trials.
CRRF provides support at every stage of the clinical trials process, including contract negotiations, study coordination, budgeting and accounting, regulation guidance, and protocol development, as well as biospecimen collection, storage, and shipping. Additionally, CRRF is pleased to provide a mentor matching and collaboration support service for projects involving occupational and chronic pulmonary diseases. A full list of services provided by the CRRF core is available here.
