Enhanced Integrated Data Repository 2.0 launched

The WVCTSI Biomedical Informatics Resources Program has released an enhanced version of the Integrated Data Repository. This clinical data warehouse contains information on 2 million unique patients. This clinical information can be refined by geography, medications prescribed, procedures performed, diagnoses, labs, and patient demographics, in order to assist investigators generate hypotheses. IDR 2.0 also provides users with the ability to review and search tissue samples that can be used for research with the newly created tissue bank feature. New features also include a streamlined statewide access and permissions process.
